Landlords of popular Valencia Street pho spot MAU reached out the restaurant and agreed to let it “continue on,” according to a note taped to its door Saturday — the day it was supposed to close for good.

This follows the restaurant’s announcement last week that it would shutter due to rising rent and operational costs.

The restaurant will still temporarily close in order to “regroup,” but it expects to reopen in late October or early November.
