If you thought that the Castro was San Francisco’s gay-friendliest part of town — well you have been mistaken! At least according to OutTraveler.com, our little Mission District is nicer to same-sex-loving tourists than our rainbow flag-waving neighbors up the hill. Supposedly, the only ‘hood nicer than ours is Boystown in Chicago. Brr!

Pretty sure we’ve seen it all now folks. Let me introduce you to Coinye West — the combination of your two favorite things — Kanye West and digital currency. If Bitcoin was too boring and you like your digi-money a little more hip, on January 11 the rapper-named currency is coming for (I mean to) you. City College of San Francisco can keep it’s accreditation – a least for a little while longer. Read more about the ruling for a temporary injunction that blocked the school from losing accreditation on July 31st.
