While it wasn’t life-threatening, we can bet the BB gun shot to the back of the head that a 37-year-old Hispanic male suffered around 3 a.m on Wednesday was extremely painful. The incident took place at 24th and Shotwell, and the victim was subsequently taken to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment. The suspected shooter is unknown, and no arrests have been made.
