This year is the last time Halloween will fall on a Saturday until 2037. Now is the time for a full day of stress-free, sugar-forward fun.

Not sure where to start? Mission Local has got you covered. Check out the map below to find block parties, trick-or-treating and street closures throughout San Francisco.

This year’s map features events for all ages. Adults can join the Crawloween pub crawl or get a flash tattoo. For kids, there’s a Halloween story time at the park, and several family-friendly block parties.

While trick-or-treating may be the signature Halloween activity, this year there are quite a few pet costume contests that are generating buzz.

Click on the orange-highlighted streets to see which ones will be closed to cars and when, and find jack-o-lantern emojis for events, with additional information in the tables below.
