Bernal Cutlery owner Josh Donald, 40, has been sharpening knives professionally for 15 years.

Originalmente abierto desde 2005 en Bernal Heights, Bernal Cutlery se mudó a la Misión en mayo de 2013. El dueño Josh Donald, de 40 años de edad, usa una técnica de afilamiento con esmeril tradicionalmente japonés para afilar cuchillos y evitar lo que llama la técnica “afilado rápido y sucio”.

Bernal Cutlery ofrecerá clases de afilado con esmeril japonés, afilado occidental de cuchillos y afilado básico de cuchillos para niños en el mes de octubre. Visite la página de clases para ver una lista de talleres próximos.
