The California State Supreme Court ruled yesterday that cities can regulate and ban marijuana dispensaries, reports the Chronicle. Such bans would not conflict with the right to possess the drug, the court said, but would allow local governments to decide what to do about dispensaries.

SFist lists three Mission restaurants in its roundup of the city’s best vegetarian spots: Cha-Ya and Udupi Palace on Valencia and Gracias Madre on Mission. Maybe you can check them out for lunch this week.
