  1. Yep! I’m one who moved to Hawaii in 92 because I was fed up with the yuppies and crack heads who both contributed nothing to my community. Do these people moving in, actually ask themselves what they have to offer the community? I recently moved back and am looking to move to the Sunset because it’s more affordable. Perhaps we should require that these guys live in the same household with the locals and was their dishes, tutor their children, babysit and pay their rent,eh? Aloha, Tina

Sadly, since Google/Apple/Yahoo/Facebook started their commuter bus service, thousands of highly paid workers have moved to the Mission and adjacent neighborhoods, and have driven rents and real estate prices through the roof. If you’re a real estate agent or own a house already, you’re in a lucky minority. It sucks for everyone else.
