A car making a right turn at 24th and Mission Street hit a young woman as she crossed the street today at approximately 5:30pm, sending her to the hospital.

sorry, but don’t you mean “thursday” instead of friday? i was riding my bike in this area yesterday and it looked pretty scary and things w/ drivers were definitely tense. i saw the stretcher that the EMT was holding as he crossed the street. hope she’s ok.
