  2. We had only a few days in San Fran and decided to go to this as part of one of the days. Great decision! I wish that there were 3 x as many photos! What a cool time capsule of an era.
    The video archives is positively precious.
    Thanks so much for creating this AND GETTING IT ON A SAN FRAN CALENDAR OF EVENTS!!

I was still young in the early 80s but i use to look up to the homegirls on 24 and say to myself i wanna look just like that…it wasnt few years later that i started pumpin my hair up n wearing my Dickies n black orchid lipstick…lol,i think this is great u guys can put together great memories in not just a gallery but a center that gives us such great Latino history… this is SFM history! Que viva nuestra raza SFMission
