Parking on 17th and Harrison streets is hard on weekdays, and no one knows this better than El Tonayense taco truck. The food truck is parked at the intersection from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and usually the drivers have no trouble sliding into a space when they arrive early — but today’s parking spot came at a high price....
