Dear readers:
Happy Thursday from Mission Local.
Today, we learned that the U.S. economy is growing. The real gross domestic product (GDP) increased at an annual rate of 6.4 percent in January through March, which is just 1 percent of its peak, reached in late 2019, just before the pandemic.
And you know what else has been growing? The number of community events and announcements in our Neighborhood Notes, an article we put out every week updating you on what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s a great place to go if you’re trying to figure out what to do over the weekend, or are curious as to what is happening in the community!
And with that, here is the news from Mission Local.
