After tech billionaire Chris Larsen‘s unprecedented $500,000 gift to Theo Ellington‘s race for D10 supervisor, Ellington insisted he wouldn’t be influenced by it. Marina Newman and Brandon Pho sat down with Larsen, who explained his interest in a “pragmatic” candidate who was “cut from the same cloth” as Mayor Daniel Lurie.
