Two Mission residents awoke on Thursday morning to find their bicycles missing in what appears to have been an overnight burglary. The 48-year-old woman and 37-year-old man were asleep in their 24th and Hampshire Street home when an unidentified person entered unnoticed, some time between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m., police report.

The 37-year-old had come home at midnight on Thursday and awoke at 7:30 a.m. to find the garage door of his home ajar. The man then noticed that his bicycle, stand, and some tools had been stolen. The woman reported that three of her bicycles were also missing – police have not made an arrest in the burglary.

Crime is trauma and the county offers different services. Here is a link to a page of services.
