Flats on Duncan St Photo by Kathleen Narruhn

It’s 65° and headed to 68°. Details for the next ten days are here.

Today’s block is Guerrero – 28th St – Dolores – Duncan. Rather overcast early this morning at 7:30am but it wasn’t cold. I started my walk on busy Guerrero St. Many cars think that Guerrero and Dolores are freeways. Everyone is in a hurry. I took lots of door, floral and architectural shots. I felt like
one foot is in the Mission and the other foot in Noe Valley. It’s a nice combo.

With the light good early on, so much the better to sign on and document your block. Don’t wait! Let us know what day and block you would like at info@missionlocal.com.

You can see a map of all of the blocks here. The blocks in grey are being saved for others who have signed up. Let us save a block for you as well.

I have lived in San Francisco since 1961 when my Dad moved us for his new employment from Stockton, CA. It was great growing up in the City back then. We lived in Eureka Valley and when I became an adult...
