The Lowrider Rider Council held its first “Cruzin Domingo” of 2015 this Sunday. It was quite a spectacle with at least 40 lowrider riding along Mission Street over the highway overpass at Silver Street. They were kicked out after about an hour and then headed to Red’s Java House on Embarcadero for a hop contest where the lowriders use 12-foot ruler to see whose hydraulic powered hops can get the most height.

Or way better.
