It’s that (most wonderful) time of the year again! Crack open your costume box and dig for that horrible reindeer sweater you bought to be ironically funny under last year’s mistletoe. It’s December now folks! Which means most events this month will be holiday themed.

One such exciting excuse to wear earmuffs in 60 degree weather is Uptown Almanac’s Seanukkah, a “locally sourced pop-up comedy night” at the Roxie this Tuesday!

$7 tickets will buy you entrance and what is rumored to be copious amounts of free beer (thanks PBR!).

Hosted by Sean Kane, the headliner is Emily Heller. Other joke-tellers expected to hit the stage include Andrew Holmgren, Kelly Anneken and special guest Chris Fairbanks.

So get holly-jolly this Tuesday and bring us some figgy pudding!

Doors open at 8:45 p.m. and the show starts at 9.
