The man who was stabbed to death last Thursday near 15th and Wiese has been identified as 56-year-old John Porter, a man without a fixed address, according to Bay City News. The police arrested 58-year-old William Randleston on homicide charges, but did not immediately disclose the victim’s name pending notification of his family.
