The crew for “Looking” a new HBO series on gay video game producers and friends will be in the Mission on Tuesday the 17th shooting scenes at Doc’s Clock at 2575 Mission Street near 22nd Street.
Most of the scenes will be inside, but there will be one shot outside, according to the flyer warning that parking on 22nd and Mission streets will be limited.
For those in the neighborhood, less parking, but more eye candy on Mission Street for a day. The series will feature Russell Tovey, Jonathan Groff and Scott Bakula. Tovey, according to the Hollywood reporter, will play “Kevin, an accomplished video game wunderkind who has achieved financial and critical success at a young age.” Groff too plays a video game designer.
