It’s 7 a.m. and 49°, headed to 64°. It will be a sunny St. Patrick’s Day in the Mission. You can find details here.

Tens of thousands of people gathered on Market Street Saturday to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day a little early. Most people dressed in green for the 162nd staging of San Francisco’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

A year ago, Mission Local wrote about a new gastropub in the works at 15th and Mission streets. It turns out that the gastropub, Mission Public, will open this year, but at a location around the corner on 14th Street, between Mission and South Van Ness.

And baseball players and fans from around the world will be in San Francisco starting today for the final rounds of the World Baseball Classic.
