A man was attacked and robbed of his necklace while sitting on the front steps of a house at 21st and Harrison streets at 7:12 a.m. on Wednesday. Two suspects, described as a man and a woman who both appeared to be around 35 years old, approached the victim and started a conversation.

The man suddenly hit the victim in the chest and ripped his necklace from his neck. The suspect then fled with the woman, who had been waiting across the street.
