A 25-year-old man was robbed at Folsom and 26th streets early Saturday.

Two men, between the ages of 25 and 30, approached and grabbed the victim at about 2 a.m. Saturday. Both suspects went through the victim’s pockets, took his smart phone and his wallet and fled.

The victim suffered cuts and bruises. No arrests have been made.

A man returned home on South Van Ness Avenue and 22nd Street on Saturday afternoon, at about 2 p.m., and noticed that his front door had been damaged. The man then heard sounds from inside his home.

Two suspects, described as two men between the ages of 25 and 30 were inside and started threatening him. The two men grabbed some records, credit cards and a MP-3 player and fled.

No arrests have been made.

Sunday

A man robbed a gas station at gunpoint Sunday afternoon on Cesar Chavez and Hampshire streets.

A suspect, described as a 25-year-old man, walked into a store at 1:57 p.m. and asked the man at the counter to use the phone. When the victim said no, the suspect walked to the side of the counter, pulled out a black semi-automatic and told the victim to move back.

The suspect then opened the register, took some cash and fled.

A man, in his 20s according to police, robbed another man at 16th and Mission streets Sunday afternoon, at 2:48 p.m.

The suspect approached the man from behind and tried to snatch his gold necklace. They got into a fight and the suspect was able to get the necklace and fled on foot.

The victim dislocated a finger and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital.


A 27-year-old man suffered non-life threatening injuries after being stabbed in the back Sunday night at 14th and Shotwell streets.

Two men approached the victim and asked him if he claimed a gang. The suspect then stabbed the victim and both suspects fled on foot.

The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital. No arrests have been made.

A man woke up to find another man in his bedroom. The suspect, described as being 49 years old, took the victim’s wallet and keys and then fled on foot.

The incident happened at 11:12 p.m. on Sunday on Dorland and Church Street.
