Good morning Mission! It’s 7 a.m., 54°, and headed to a lovely 71° with sun. Details for the next 10 days are here.

Today the Mission is host to Sunday Streets from 11 a.m. to 4 pm. — 2.2 miles of streets will be closed off and reserved for pedestrian and bike traffic (and any non-motorized mode of transportation: pogo stick, rollerblades, unicycle) along Valencia Street from 14th to 24th streets, and along 24th Street from Valencia to Hampshire streets. Check the map and program here.

Some highlights:

  • Free bike rentals from Park Wide LLC on Valencia between 13th and 14th streets
  • Free bike repairs at Sports Basement at Florida Street and Mission Bicycle at Valencia and 19th Street
  • Tons of yoga at Liberty Street
  • Kids’ activities on Bartlett

Happy Sunday.
