Mission Police Station Captain Robert Moser announced on Friday that an enforcement effort at 16th and Mission streets has led to 31 arrests since March 27.
On the police station’s blog, he wrote: “For the past few weeks, officers from Mission Station have been concentrating enforcement efforts around the area of 16th and Mission Streets to address ongoing concerns regarding criminal behavior. Mission has dedicated both uniformed and plainclothes officers deployed on foot, bicycles and in cars. Since March 27, 2012, Mission Station officers have made 31 arrests at 16th and Mission. The majority of these arrests have been for narcotics and warrant violations.”

This is great to hear. Keep it up.
Great, now the people who hang out at the plaza will be free to piss all over it like someone was this morning without being hassled to buy drugs.
