The Giants beat the Phillies 3-2 Saturday, and they’re headed to the World Series. They’d barely left the field when a party popped up at 24th and Mission streets.
On the sidewalk fans kissed, chanted and jumped up and down in the drizzle. Traffic crawled by, horns blaring, passengers hanging out car doors. A dozen or so cops stood by, but officers reported no major arrests.
