Every second Wednesday of the month, Bollyhood cafe on 19th Street has the feel of an intimate Spanish living room filled with dance and the spirit that the Spanish poet Federico García Lorca said, “comes from the inside, the very souls” of the Flamenco dancer.   The event was conceived by La Tania eight months ago, in collaboration with the Aljibe Flamenco group (Sandra Gabas, Gina Giammanco y Lea Kobeli, Sandra Durand.)

Check out the video and learn about the Flamenco scene in San Francisco, one of the most active flamenco communities in the United States.
