San Francisco’s Mission District is known for its many colorful murals, and last month one wall suddenly shone brighter than all the others.

“Bluerain” is a work of art by Michael Brown that became an unexpected landmark near 16th and Mission streets. To learn more about it, click below to listen.

See “Bluerain” in the parking lot of Mission National Bank through March. The dedication at the London School of Economics is slated for this summer.
