Veronika Vitkova is a fashion designer at Recherche. She has a rebellious line made out of lace with the Last Supper on it, and hoodies made out of nylon flags. She loves leopard prints as well as colorful and glamorous designs.
Jenny Thai is a freelance writer who loves hanging out in the Mission and organizing her closet. For her, color-coding her clothes and making her closet pristine is a calming, almost meditative activity. Amandeep Jawa, a programmer, has been living in the Mission since 1996, and about seven or eight years ago a friend suggested that for a costume party he put little mirrors on his head and become a disco ball.
