You could do worse than checking out San Francisco’s interactive map of the 30 current, former and aspirational sites for robotaxi fleets. Patterns do emerge.
Many of these parking/charging/staging sites are near to where robotaxi customers are. But many of the sites are also entitled for significant development.
In the longterm, the needs of autonomous vehicle companies and the needs of San Francisco may diverge.
