• Lawyers for former PUC manager Harlan Kelly, who’s been accused in federal court of bank fraud, are trying to exclude evidence about his 2004 and 2013 municipal trips to China. In 2004, on a trip with Mayor Ed Lee and other officials, Kelly met permit expeditor Walter Wong, allegedly receiving lavish accommodations and services, including prostitutes.
