Good afternoon!

Remember when there was a regular news cycle? Probably not, but there was something orderly about having a morning and afternoon paper.

I could get the newsletter out by noon, but then you would miss a lot so I hold off. Who knows what will happen this afternoon, but for now, we’ve already posted five excellent stories.

All but one will make you a more informed resident. One, alas, will only make you a better shopper.

So enjoy.
