A cluster of whole Meyer lemons with event details: Sunday, May 10, 4-8 PM; Instructor: Gracie Schatz; titled "Meyer Lemon Magic.

Meyer Lemons are one of the great gifts of living in the Bay Area. Such bounty inspires delicious innovation and this class is all about celebrating the juicy, tart, sweet magnificence of the Meyer lemon. Students will learn to make a silky lemon curd, a brilliant preserved lemon vinaigrette and fresh pasta with lemon zest! Come celebrate the unsung hero of the fruit world! Students will each go home with a jar of preserved Meyer lemons to create many more delightful dishes at home!
