Two people celebrate with bottles in hand, smiling and posing in front of a wall with red graffiti. Text reads: "Friends and Family Pride Pop-Up, Saturday, June 20 | 5PM & 7PM.

Two seatings available — 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM

We are so excited to collaborate with the amazing team from Friends and Family, a beloved queer bar and community space in Oakland. Friends and Family has recently closed its doors, making this a truly special and unique opportunity to experience the joy, warmth, and deliciousness they brought to their community. Chef Gaby Maeda (formerly of State Bird Provisions and a James Beard nominee) and Blake Cole (Friends and Family owner and bar manager) will be joining us to celebrate pride and community by serving up delicious bites and beverages all night!

What to expect? Mix, mingle, and enjoy light bites alongside friends and family at the 18th Street Kitchen! Savor a curated spread of iconic dishes, passed bites, nostalgic desserts, and handcrafted drinks in a space made for good company.

We cannot wait to party with you! Ticket price includes five bites, dessert and a welcome beverage. Additional delicious beverages (alcoholic and N/A) will be for sale as well!
