Life moves fast and having nutritious and delicious food in your fridge throughout the week can help set you up for success! Join Chef Gracie in the kitchen for an evening all about meal prepping. Learn how to make three delicious salad dressings, three delightful dips, three different proteins and reimagine those proteins into a variety of dishes so that you don’t get bored eating the same thing over and over! The class will culminate in a bountiful feast and students will leave with an array of new recipes and techniques to make their weekly meals more delicious and nutritious!
