18 Reasons: Early Summer Beans and Greens

June 16 @ 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
A bowl of fresh green peas and leafy greens is shown above event details for a cooking class called "Early Summer Beans and Greens" on June 16, taught by Gracie Schatz.

This class is all about the humble heroes of early summertime produce: fresh shelling beans and vibrant greens! For our head chef, Gracie, shelling peas and favas is a meditative and deeply enjoyable task, done around the table with friends and family while good music plays. She would like to invite you to join her at the table for shelling, chatting, cooking and delighting in the green vibrant beans of early summer!
