18 Reasons: Flavors and Wines of the Dalmatian Coast

Join us for an evening of feasting and delicious wines as our head chef Gracie, collaborates with her favorite local wine purveyor, Danch and Granger. Last year these two joined forces to create an epic Hungarian duck and wine dinner, this year, they are focusing on the maritime region of the Dalmatian coast. Food from this region is known for both its simplicity and quality – there will be no skimping on olive oil and we will use only the freshest seasonal ingredients. This meal will be made up of many small plates that come in succession, covering your table in delightful delicacies. The food and wine will flow freely and you will leave with a full belly and a better understanding of this lush and culturally rich region.
