  2. Proposition D was put on the ballot by TOGETHERSF and billionaire venture capitalist Michael Moritz. It was written in private behind closed doors. Prop D is flawed.
    NO!NO!NO! on DANGEROUSLY FLAWED PROP D.
    YES!YES!YES! on EXCELLENT PROP E.
