Make the most of Dungeness crab season with Chef Zoé! Native to the West coast, Dungeness crab meat is both delicately sweet and salty. Known as the king of crabs, they are considered to be one of the most prized crustaceans. We will celebrate this special season alongside Chef Zoé and 18 Reasons. She’ll teach you how to handle, cook and clean live Dungeness crab, and introduce recipes that will showcase this delicacy. You’ll start off with crab cakes served with a remoulade sauce, a perfect pairing for the delicate crab meat. Followed by Chef Zoé’s version of San Francisco’s iconic Cioppino; a tomato based seafood stew.
