An alleged drunk driver hit five pedestrians at 19th and Mission streets early Sunday morning and fled the scene. He was arrested after a second crash on 19th and South Van Ness. Eleni Balakrishnan reports that several people have beenย killed and injuredย inย hit-and-runsย in the Mission this year and last.
