It’s 7 a.m. and 45º, headed to 56º. It’s going to be a chilly day in the Mission.

With cold, rainy days ahead, Mission residents are worried about flooding in the area. According to the Chronicle, residents of Folsom Street are particularly weary of the situation.

Mission Local reported on the aftermath of recent flooding along Folsom. Stable Café owner Thomas Lackey has had to maintain irregular business hours due to city repairs to his business.

Are you being affected by the floods? The Chronicle reports on a community group working to document the high tides and floods affecting the Bay Area.

A petition has been launched urging Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi to resign. The group backing it hopes to collect 50,000 signatures. Mirkarimi was arrested in January on suspicion of domestic violence and later admitted to bruising his wife’s arm.
