Reports KTVU:

A 20-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting in San Francisco’s Mission Dolores neighborhood on Friday night.

The shooting was reported at 10:58 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 20th and Dolores streets, San Francisco police Lt. Troy Dangerfield said. The shooting occurred about two-and-a-half hours after a fatal shooting in the Western Addition.

The victim was standing on a corner of the intersection when a suspect approached and shot him multiple times before fleeing on foot, Dangerfield said.

The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting and no suspect information was available as of this morning, Dangerfield said.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call police at (415) 575-4444.

Also: A reader writes in that the cops were combing 20th Street this morning looking for the gun.
