Dozens of artist studios are opening their doors to the public this weekend. Most of them are in the Mission, and quite a few of them are just a few blocks away from each other (for a full map, click here).

Among them: 1890 Bryant Street Studios, three floors of art in what was, until the 1990s, a Best Foods mayonnaise factory. Here’s what caught our eye at their preview show on Friday night.

Studios are open Saturday and Sunday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
