  1. Prior to this mural, taggers were taking over that wall. Taggers deface everything. Remember when students used to write all over their Pee-Chees, those were folders, then at the end of semester or school year, the Pee Chee’s got thrown away? Unfortunately we’re stuck with the tagger mess everywhere, it’s senseless
