An eyesore.
It’s fair to say that’s a picture not of the “The old Potrero power station” but a picture of the current DHL Express Service Point on 23rd Street as seen from Warm Water Cove Park, with the smokestack from the old Mirant Potrero Power Plant behind it.

-there is a public shoreline walkway around the edge of the DHL warehouse.
