What can you say? Tartine Manufactory opened this morning in the Heath Ceramics building at 595 Alabama St. on the corner of 18th Street, and it is beautiful. There’s plenty of space to sit and enjoy a whole new menu-full of new baked, cooked and made goodies. The many staff members guided each customer through the new ordering procedure and everyone — customers, staff and the wondrous baker Chad Robertson, looked happy.
