Patrol officers witnessed an unidentified suspect set fire to a curb at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Monday night. A 41-year-old man was injured in the incident and had to be transported to to San Francisco General Hospital in non-life threatening condition. The suspect was taken into custody after the officers extinguished the fire.
Hot Prowl Burglary
A 36-year-old woman woke up at her residence on 21st and Sanchez streets Monday morning to find her car stolen. An unidentified suspect entered her house through the garage while the woman was sleeping between 11 p.m. on September 27 and 7:30 a.m. on September 28. The burglar stole the victim’s wallet, keys, and then fled with her car, leaving no signs of forced entry.
