It is 52˚ and expected to rise to 60˚. Details for the next ten days are here.
Walking around the Mission’s middle school math puzzle, one notices a clear front (Dolores), side (30th St.) and back (San Jose) of this triangle within a triangle block. MUNI (J Church) swings around to take passengers out of the La Lengua Autonomous Zone (Mission? Bernal?) to points South and North of both neighborhoods. The 24 and 36 buses likewise whisk us away via the top edge.
The front side, though, is another story on a quiet, foggy holiday morning: manicured front doors and a remarkably peaceful, lush, green park thanks to the Dolores St. median. Stay tuned as plans develop for this entryway to the Mission from Highway 280…
With the light good early on, so much the better to sign on and document your block. Don’t wait! Let us know what day and block you would like at info@missionlocal.com.
You can see a map of all of the blocks here. The blocks in grey are being saved for others who have signed up. Let us save a block for you as well.
First, the triangle within a triangle.

Next, a trip around the southern tip of the triangle within a triangle.

And, it’s a wrap!
