Police report that one aggravated assault occurred in the Mission District Thursday night.
A 21-year-old was walking near the corner of 24th and Florida around 11:30 p.m. when three suspects, also in their twenties, approached him. The three stuck the young man several times until he went to the ground. As they continued to hit him, he fell unconscious.
The suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The 21-year-old went to San Francisco General hospital for cuts and bruising to his face and pain in his neck and head.
No arrests were made.
