Witnesses said that a car missed a red light early Sunday morning at the corner of South Van Ness and 24.  The accident at 2:45 a.m. involved a cab, a car and an SUV that was parked on South Van Ness.  Two people, one from the car and one from the cab were transported to the hospital.  They both seemed to be conscious in that they were texting while on the gurney.

If there is a bright side to tragedy, first responders were there in an instant.  Their professionalism and care was wonderful.  Hopefully, the only sustained damage was to the automobiles.
