  1. Please don’t help promote this obnoxious, infantile behavior. This guy lives in my building and causes a lot of headaches for the rest of us. His loud parties are the least of the problems. He doesn’t think about his neighbors when he pulls stunts like this. You may think it’s hilarious, creative, or harmless fun, but I assure you that it’s NOT. Please think twice before advertising this “opportunity” to your readers, because in the end, it harms all of us who have to share a building with this guy.
