    1. Yes, Mark, anything under a million is attracting multiple offers over asking.

      The very top end is doing well too, but they are usual off-books private sales for cash, so it’s harder to get reliable information about them.

      The 2 to 3 million range is probably moving the most slowly. Although the recent Twitter IPO has perked things up for those mid-range units.
